Better Data Organization

For some data layers, such as individual topo maps, aerial photograps, wetlands or property maps, users no longer need to select specific maps sheets. Selecting a specific data layer, such as Photo 93-94 1 m (Aerial photographs from 1993-1994 with a resolution of 1 meter), displays all the photographs with no need to select each individual photo.
