MERLIN Online '03 Release Notes

 

On August 26, 2003, the Maryland Department of Natural Resources plans to release a new version of its online mapping system, MERLIN Online to better serve its customers. DNR worked closely with existing MERLIN users and other partners to make the system easier to use and organize the information in a more user-friendly manner. Some of the improvements and new features include:

Friendly street maps
Seamless base maps
Better data organization
Links to other web sites
InfoTips and Legend information that are easier to understand
Data documentation (metadata) that's easier to find and understand
