InfoTips and Legend information that is easier to understand

The information found using the InfoTips function is more easily understood that before. For example, the yellow arrow indicates the area that was selected for InfoTips. At that location, the 2000 Land Use/Land Cover data indicates that the land is Mixed Forest with a code of 43 for those who are familiar with the coding scheme.

When viewing the Layer Control window or the Legend view, the color of each land cover type is described.
