New Features

  Latitude and Longitude Coordinates display added - Users can now retrieve the latitude and longitude coordinates of a point. Coordinates are displayed in decimal degrees.
  
  Draw and Measure Tool - The draw and measure tool has been enhanced. Users can specify a separate fill and outline color as well as adjust the transparency of the fill color.
  
  Print - Users can now print to their printer as well as print to a PDF.
  
  Layer Transparency - Only those layers which are turned on will be displayed in the layer transparency window.

  The Topographic map has now been added to MERLIN Online. You will find it at the bottom of the Data Layers list.
  
  Please Note: The Topo map is in a different projection than the rest of the data. This means it may be a little slow when you turn it on because the application reprojects it on-the-fly. If you experience any issues with the Topo layer, such as a blank screen, try turning it off and back on.
