Welcome to the MERLIN Online Trouble-Shooting Wizard. I'm Ptolemy, and I'm here to help you resolve common problems which can occur when using MERLIN Online. First I need to know some basic information about what happens when you choose to "Make A Map," and then agree to the terms and conditions by clicking the "OK" button. After choosing these options, the TNTclient™ map browser (as illustrated below) should appear, with the Map Selection Menu visible.• The TNTclient™ map browser loads, but the Map Selecton Menu does not appear.
• The TNTclient™ map browser and Map Selection Menu load, but some of the tools (icons and county selection list) don't work, or there is no information about the data.
• The TNTclient™ map browser does not load.
